Kulkas nofrost tidak dingin..

Kendala kulkas no frost
1.Tidak dingin sama sekali
2. Pembekuan di evaporator
3. Pintu bawah kurang dingin

..
Solusi… yang harus kita perhatikan….
Tidak dingin sama sekali..
  • Periksa listrik / power
  • Periksa  kabel Power
  • Periksa timer
  • Periksa thermostart
  • Periksa komprsor nya..
  • Periksa riley PTC
  • Periksa overload
Periksa power apakah arus listrik masuk dengan normal
Perhatikan di stop kontak..
Periksa kable power apakah ada kable putus atau tidak berikut kable yang mangarah ke kompresor

Periksa Timer..apakah timer pada posisi heater atau posisi kompresor..
Pastikan rotor timer barputar
Jika tidak berputas.. lakukan dengan manual  putar timer tersebut .. jika pada posisi heater maka kompresor akan nyala..
Tindakan sesudah itu kita harus… lakukan jika timer tidak berputar ..
  • Ukur spul timer
  • Periksa fuse defrost
  • Periksa heater ..
Waktu pengcekan timer dari heater ke komprsor ebih kurang 20 -30 menit jika timer berputar tapi tidak pindah juga
Seharusnya timer kita ganti dengan yang baru dan bagus.
Dan waktu pengantian harus sama spul timernya.. 1 – 3 atau 1 - 4.

Komprsor..
Pastikan kompresor raning dengan ampere normal sesuai dengan namplet yang tertempel di bodi kulkas tersebut

Periksa Thermostart.
 Thermosatr adalah sebuah alat yang berfungsi sebagai saklar.. tapi di atur oleh suhu yang kita di ingin kan

Periksa rilay PTC,,
Biasanya rusak akibat panas .. dan jika kita goyang ptc ini akan berbunyi di dalam nya..
Solusi ganti dengan yang sesuai dan pastikan penempatan.. R  nya jangan sampai salah..

Oberload
Sebuah alat yang berfungsi untuk membatasi arus yang berlabih dari beban kompresor

Pembekuan di evaporator


Solusi… pastikan es di evaporator bersih …semua
Drain lancar
Terowongan udara bersih dari penyumbatan dari es yang mambeku didalam
Pastikan motor fan berputar dengan normal
Pastikan swit pintu bagus.
Pastikan heater tidak putus / Rusak
Pastikan Fuse normal
Pastikan Bimetal tidak kemasukan air..

Pintu bagian bawah tidak dingin
Periksa  terowongan udara kebawah dan juga perhatikan thermosatr window nya terbuka dengan normal

Setelah dari sekian tindakan yang kita lakukan adalah
Memastikan evaporator rata dengan salju…



Agar unit kembali berjalan dengan normal..
Jika salju tidak rata pada evaporator
Lakukan pengisian ulang Freon
Jangan lupa evaporator di kuras
Sekalian cek komprsei kompresor..
Ganti filter dayer
Pemacuman dengan sempurna
Isi Freon dengan Freon yang bagus agar kerjaan kita bagus dan tidak ada komplenan…

Outdoor failure display
There is a LED on outdoor power board, when compressor is running; it is normally light;
when no feedback of signal to power board from compressor, it will wink by lighting 1s and
going out 1s. If failures happened, it will light 0.5s, go out 0.5s, winking several times and go
out 3s for a cycle to indicate failures. The failure list is the follow:
